According to experts in order to be conscious corporate citizens, companies need to have long-term community investment policies. Thus by engaging in responsible community investment your company can be sure that the business effects of its support will be maximized. We strongly recommend that you don’t provide one-off donations, based on occasional requests, such as for holidays. If you have already identified your community investment priorities, consider selecting a long-term partner from amongst public-benefit organizations, working in your area of interest, or somebody with whom you can work longer-term to provide on-going advice and support You may be able to contribute to the long-term social inclusion of children leaving care through offering internship in your company or other training opportunities.
